Impartir\u00e1n cerca de 40 cursos en toda Espa\u00f1a para mejorar la cualificaci\u00f3n profesional y la empleabilidad de unos 800 j\u00f3venes<\/h3>\n

El desarrollo de p\u00e1ginas web y aplicaciones m\u00f3viles se ha convertido en un importante nicho laboral. Un gancho que, en consecuencia, puede ejercer una atracci\u00f3n poderosa sobre j\u00f3venes que han crecido y desasrrollan su vida rodeados de pantallas.<\/p>\n

A partir de esta nueva realidad en la que las profesiones del sector tecnol\u00f3gico est\u00e1n ganando protagonismo, Fundaci\u00f3n Telef\u00f3nica<\/a> y la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Espa\u00f1a<\/a> han firmado un acuerdo para aumentar las perspectivas laborales de j\u00f3venes de entre 16 y 29 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, desocupados o no integrados en los sistemas de educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El acuerdo, que se enmarca en el Plan de Capacitaci\u00f3n del Programa Integral de Cualificaci\u00f3n y Empleo (PICE)<\/strong>, desarrollado en el marco del Sistema de Garant\u00eda Juvenil<\/strong> y cofinanciado por el Fondo Social Europeo<\/strong>, contempla la realizaci\u00f3n a lo largo del a\u00f1o de cerca de 40 acciones formativas en toda Espa\u00f1a. Los cursos, todos presenciales, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo bajo el paraguas de Conecta Empleo, el programa de empleabilidad digital de Fundaci\u00f3n Telef\u00f3nica. Madrid, Granada, Zaragoza y Oviedo acoger\u00e1n los primeros este mes de marzo, y Toledo, Ciudad Real, Castell\u00f3n y Sevilla tomar\u00e1n el relevo en abril.<\/p>\n

Los itinerarios, de una duraci\u00f3n de 215 horas para los contenidos de Front End y Android y de 270 para los relacionados con Aplicaciones M\u00f3viles y Java<\/strong>, ofrecen formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica espec\u00edfica, as\u00ed como una formaci\u00f3n transversal en habilidades de emprendimiento o ‘soft skills’.<\/p>\n

Mercado laboral cambiante<\/h4>\n

A trav\u00e9s de Conecta Empleo<\/strong>, la Fundaci\u00f3n Telef\u00f3nica quiere conectar a las personas con una nueva realidad, \u00abla de un mercado laboral en constante cambio<\/strong> que abarca todas aquellas profesiones del sector tecnol\u00f3gico que se est\u00e1n definiendo en el presente y que se van a demandar cada vez m\u00e1s en el futuro\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Para ello, ha puesto en marcha una nueva plataforma dirigida a toda la sociedad para que aumente sus posibilidades de empleo en la nueva era digital. Mapadelempleo.fundaciontelefonica.com<\/a> mapea en tiempo real las profesiones digitales con mayor demanda de empleo en Espa\u00f1a y ense\u00f1a cu\u00e1les son los puestos m\u00e1s demandados por provincia. En segundo lugar, muestra al usuario qu\u00e9 conocimientos debe adquirir para cada uno de esos perfiles.
