{"id":7594,"date":"2019-05-30T14:51:31","date_gmt":"2019-05-30T12:51:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=7594"},"modified":"2019-05-30T14:51:31","modified_gmt":"2019-05-30T12:51:31","slug":"seven-out-of-ten-employees-are-not-happy-with-their-salaries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/seven-out-of-ten-employees-are-not-happy-with-their-salaries\/","title":{"rendered":"Siete de cada diez empleados no est\u00e1 de acuerdo con su salario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h4>La falta de desconexi\u00f3n del trabajo y la robotizaci\u00f3n a\u00fan no preocupan en exceso a los trabajadores<\/h4>\n<p>El 74% de los empleados considera que sus salarios no se corresponden a su experiencia y formaci\u00f3n y el 13% sit\u00faa este problema como el asunto que m\u00e1s les preocupa en el \u00e1mbito laboral, por encima del paro o de la precariedad derivada de la duraci\u00f3n de los contratos, seg\u00fan los resultados del &#8216;<strong>I Bar\u00f3metro del Empleo&#8217;<\/strong> elaborado por la plataforma de empleo<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infojobs.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Infojobs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Los aspectos del mercado laboral que m\u00e1s preocupan a la poblaci\u00f3n activa espa\u00f1ola son la falta de reconocimiento en el trabajo (69%); la falta de motivaci\u00f3n en el trabajo (64%) , los horarios y las jornadas largas de trabajo (62%). La precariedad laboral derivada de la contrataci\u00f3n temporal, mencionada en un 59% de los casos, completa el &#8216;top 5&#8217; de preocupaciones m\u00e1s nombradas. El sexto aspecto que m\u00e1s preocupa a la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola es la falta de un ambiente sano en la empresa (57,5%).<\/p>\n<p>En el otro extremo del r\u00e1nking se sit\u00faan cuestiones como la falta de desconexi\u00f3n del trabajo debido al desarrollo del mundo digital (m\u00f3vil, email, WhatsApp), con un 33% de menciones, y la robotizaci\u00f3n, con un 21%. Dos fen\u00f3menos que, a pesar de los cambios que se est\u00e1n viviendo en muchos sectores, todav\u00eda quedan lejos de la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brecha salarial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a las diferencias entre hombres y mujeres, los salarios no acordes a la experiencia y formaci\u00f3n de los profesionales, as\u00ed como la falta de reconocimiento en el trabajo y la falta de motivaci\u00f3n son nombradas tanto por hombres como por mujeres dentro las cinco primeras preocupaciones. Las dos primeras coinciden en el mismo orden, pero no es as\u00ed el resto. La mayor diferencia entre g\u00e9neros se detecta en la preocupaci\u00f3n acerca de la <strong>brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres<\/strong>: mientras esta cuesti\u00f3n se erige como la quinta preocupaci\u00f3n para las mujeres (62%), solo preocupa al 37% de los hombres.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay diferencias por edades. Mientras que las respuestas de la poblaci\u00f3n con edades comprendidas entre los 35 y los 44 a\u00f1os son similares a las de la media nacional, se aprecian grandes diferencias en las declaraciones realizadas por los perfiles m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, as\u00ed como por aquellos mayores de 45 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, para los j\u00f3venes de entre 16 y 24 a\u00f1os,<strong> la preocupaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s frecuente es el paro juvenil<\/strong> y el 72% as\u00ed lo declara, aunque s\u00f3lo el 15% hace menci\u00f3n a esta problem\u00e1tica como la primera de la lista.
