Concretamente, en 2018, se produjeron m\u00e1s de 5,2 millones de procesos de incapacidad temporal por contingencias comunes (enfermedad com\u00fan o accidente no laboral). Se trata de 12,7% m\u00e1s que el registrado en 2017, es decir 6 de cada 100 trabajadores no acudi\u00f3 a su puesto.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el VIII Informe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adeccogroup.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adecco<\/a> sobre Absentismo sit\u00faa en un nuevo m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico, superando por una d\u00e9cima el pico anterior que se alcanz\u00f3 en 2009. Teniendo en cuenta las horas no trabajadas por absentismo, del informe se desprende una p\u00e9rdida de 87 horas por trabajador. <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7626 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/AdobeStock_9146567_absentismo_laboral_01.jpg?resize=258%2C389\" alt=\"\" width=\"258\" height=\"389\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/AdobeStock_9146567_absentismo_laboral_01.jpg?resize=199%2C300 199w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/AdobeStock_9146567_absentismo_laboral_01.jpg?resize=768%2C1160 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/AdobeStock_9146567_absentismo_laboral_01.jpg?resize=678%2C1024 678w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/AdobeStock_9146567_absentismo_laboral_01.jpg?w=2010 2010w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 258px) 100vw, 258px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El estudio tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que el \u00edndice de contingencia aumenta seg\u00fan la edad. <strong>El grupo de 16 a 24 a\u00f1os alcanza la mayor cifra (46,7%)<\/strong>, le sigue el tramo de edad entre 25 y 34 a\u00f1os (36,8%, el de 35 a 44 a\u00f1os (31,1%, de 45 y 54 registra el m\u00e1s bajo (26,1%) y los mayores de 55 un 28,1%).<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo la mayor parte de los procesos de bajas tuvieron una duraci\u00f3n de hasta 15 d\u00edas y representaron el 8% del total de d\u00edas. Mientras que las que se alargaron a m\u00e1s de 90 d\u00edas han sido solo 10%. Adem\u00e1s, si se tiene en cuenta el g\u00e9nero, las mujeres registraron un mayor \u00edndice de bajas de m\u00e1s de 90 d\u00edas que los hombres.<\/p>\n<h4>Por sectores<\/h4>\n<p>La industria es donde se ha registrado la tasa de absentismo m\u00e1s elevada 5,6%. Por detr\u00e1s, le sigue el sector servicios 5,4%; y en el lado opuesto con la tasa de absentismo m\u00e1s reducida, se encuentra el sector de la construcci\u00f3n 3,6%.<\/p>\n<p>El panorama cambia por comunidades. Euskadi, es la que presenta mayor tasa de absentismo en todo el Estado, con 125,5 horas al a\u00f1o por asalariado. Contin\u00faa la lista, Navarra 112 horas, Asturias 103,1 horas y Castilla y Le\u00f3n 102 horas por trabajador.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s la encuesta advierte que el coste por prestaciones econ\u00f3micas por incapacidad temporal se increment\u00f3 en 9,19% el a\u00f1o pasado. En total 433,16 horas de media por cada afiliado.
