Pero en los \u00faltimos meses <strong>Generaci\u00f3n Z,<\/strong> o tambi\u00e9n conocidos como<strong> \u2018centenials\u2019<\/strong> (del 2000 a 2009) ha valorado una serie de caracter\u00edsticas a la hora de aceptar una oferta laboral. Se trata de una generaci\u00f3n que a\u00fan no se encuentra muy adentro del mercado laboral, incluso algunos se encuentran en plena formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo al estudio elaborado por la empresa de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n de personal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hays.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hays<\/a> el colectivo se\u00f1ala que pocas veces su primer empleo est\u00e1 relacionado con sus estudios y la poca experiencia no les permite tener un trabajo cualificado.<\/p>\n<p>E<strong>l 60% prefiere un horario flexible para empezar con sus funciones en la empresa<\/strong>. Tanto a la hora de entrada como de salida. Asimismo el 66% rechazar\u00eda una oferta de trabajo si \u00e9sta no le abrir\u00eda camino al crecimiento profesional o formativo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s al 70% le preocupa su jubilaci\u00f3n y los a\u00f1os que deber\u00e1n cotizar para concretar la fecha de cese en la empresa. Por ello el 62% valora el salario que reciben por sus tareas. En ese sentido m\u00e1s del 60% espera una subida de remuneraci\u00f3n para este a\u00f1o, y el 100% considera que el aumento ser\u00eda un aliciente.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los factores que consideran importante para trabajar en una empresa son las instalaciones. <strong>El 33% estar\u00eda motivado con una reforma en el establecimiento<\/strong>.
