Si bien el nivel de especializaci\u00f3n en determinadas \u00e1reas puede jugar un papel fundamental al momento de la remuneraci\u00f3n, la experiencia es vital para el puesto. En la mira tienen a un perfil profesional que pueda aportar valor a la empresa desde el primer momento y, sobre todo, un con una experiencia de m\u00e1s de seis a\u00f1os. As\u00ed lo desvela el Informe <strong>What Workers Want Report 2019<\/strong> de la agencia de reclutamiento <a href=\"https:\/\/guiasalarial.hays.es\/trabajador\/infograficos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Hays<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El 88% de las empresas valora m\u00e1s la experiencia de los candidatos que su formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Es una de las conclusiones de este estudio. Por otra parte, este porcentaje resulta positivo para la mayor\u00eda de trabajadores, ya que las empresas ya no dan tanta importancia a los estudios de los empleados y se decantan m\u00e1s por analizar su experiencia en su curr\u00edculum. Aunque, una cifra negativa para los j\u00f3venes reci\u00e9n graduados que se encuentran en la b\u00fasqueda de un empleo ya que no poseen experiencia o solo cuentan con pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, la investigaci\u00f3n revela que \u00e9ste podr\u00eda ser uno de los <strong>motivos por los que el paro juvenil es tan elevado en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Este tipo de perfil solo puede entrar en el mundo laboral a trav\u00e9s de los programas de pr\u00e1cticas que ofrecen algunas empresas, y que despu\u00e9s tiene la opci\u00f3n de incorporarse a la plantilla. Y es que,<strong> solo el 68% cuenta con un programa para becarios<\/strong> y solo un 55% ofrece un plan de carrera al terminarlo.<\/p>\n<h4>\u2018Soft Skills\u2019<\/h4>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de experiencia y formaci\u00f3n hay otros cinco factores que influyen en la incorporaci\u00f3n de un candidato en la plantilla. Se trata de los idiomas, la capacidad de trabajo, la motivaci\u00f3n, la adaptaci\u00f3n y polivalencia; y la proactividad y dinamismo. <strong>Aunque en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha disminuido el dominio del ingl\u00e9s como requisito fundamental.<\/strong> Si en 2016 el 38% precisaba de un candidato con una segunda o tercera lengua. Este a\u00f1o solo el 31% se decantaba por estos postulantes.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo se ha incrementado las habilidades personales, tambi\u00e9n llamadas \u2018soft skills\u2019, como la motivaci\u00f3n predominan en la lista de exigencias. Tambi\u00e9n aprecian la capacidad de exponer ideas y el trabajo en equipo.
