Bajo este nombre figura una revolucionaria herramienta que acerca el mundo de la tecnolog\u00eda, tan presente en la sociedad, al \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos de las diferentes empresas y organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Buena parte de la base de este proyecto, evoluci\u00f3n natural del trabajo realizado estos cinco a\u00f1os, surgi\u00f3 de la red de contactos generada gracias a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noviasalcedo.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Novia Salcedo Fundaci\u00f3n<\/a> y a la participaci\u00f3n e ideas recogidas en las diferentes ediciones del <strong>Bilbao Youth Employment Forum<\/strong>. Ambas entidades vienen colaborando estrechamente en favor del empleo juvenil a escala nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n<h4>Experiencia Nawaiam<\/h4>\n<p>Adoptando la tecnolog\u00eda de forma creativa, Nawaiam utiliza un entorno de videojuego para la generaci\u00f3n de perfiles profesionales de quienes simplemente acepten jugar. Mediante una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil, el usuario se embarcar\u00e1 en la Experiencia Nawaiam.
