(Y lo que no dice: mejor no haberlos contratado. Pero las apariencias a veces enga\u00f1an):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Los agitadores<\/strong>. Que crean m\u00e1s problemas que los que resuelven.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los que<\/strong> prometen de sobra pero <strong>que incumple las promesas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los que hacen huir al cliente<\/strong> (que es dif\u00edcil de conquistar pero f\u00e1cil de perder).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los que no saben o no quieren hacer su trabajo<\/strong> (que para hacerlo los has contratado).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los que se escapan<\/strong>. Son los que dan la impresi\u00f3n de participar pero cuando llega el momento no puedes contar con o confiar en ellos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los leg\u00edtimos<\/strong>. Que act\u00faan como jueces. La mitad de su mente est\u00e1 en su trabajo y la otra mitad a esperar el desliz de un compa\u00f1ero para denunciarlo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los que ignoran el c\u00f3digo de conducta<\/strong>. Los insubordinados, los mentirosos, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cLa gente siempre se queja de lo estresante que es su trabajo, pero, en mi experiencia, no hay nada m\u00e1s estresante que tener que tratar con empleados que no est\u00e1n cumpliendo y que arrastran el conjunto hacia abajo\u201d, dice Tobak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estos son los empleados &#8216;negativos&#8217;, empleados indeseables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A los positivos<\/strong>, los que crean un buen ambiente, todo lo contrario. <strong>Hay que animarlos<\/strong>, para que se sientan una parte importante de la empresa.
