4 de cada 10 ciudadanos sufre de este s\u00edntoma<\/h4>\n

El adi\u00f3s a las vacaciones y la reincorporaci\u00f3n al trabajo supone un problema para muchos empleados. A este regreso a la rutina se le conoce como s\u00edndrome o depresi\u00f3n postvacacional<\/strong>. Se denomina s\u00edndrome a la sensaci\u00f3n de falta de energ\u00eda, la desmotivaci\u00f3n o la tristeza que sufren algunos trabajadores al reincorporarse al trabajo despu\u00e9s de un per\u00edodo de vacaciones. Se trata, en definitiva, de una ruptura en el proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n o transici\u00f3n entre el tiempo de ocio y descanso generado por las vacaciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entre los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes destacan la falta de apetito, somnolencia, falta de concentraci\u00f3n, taquicardia, dolores musculares, nerviosismo, insomnio o irritabilidad. En Espa\u00f1a, el 41% de los trabajadores sufrir\u00e1 de este malestar en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas. El otro 59% restante, si bien no padecer\u00e1 un cuadro de depresi\u00f3n, s\u00ed podr\u00e1 experimentar fatiga y estr\u00e9s vinculados a la correcta inadaptaci\u00f3n al trabajo. As\u00ed lo revela el estudio de Lee Hech Harrison<\/strong>, divisi\u00f3n del Grupo Adecco<\/a> a trav\u00e9s de una encuesta a m\u00e1s de 1.000 trabajadores espa\u00f1oles.<\/p>\n

Esta manifestaci\u00f3n es caracter\u00edstica de los pa\u00edses en los que es habitual que los trabajadores disfruten de largos periodos vacacionales, como en los meses de verano. Los m\u00e1s propensos son los trabajadores que tienen menor tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n, los menos resilientes, los que disfrutan de unas largas vacaciones y los que vuelven a un entorno laboral hostil.<\/p>\n

Existen casos extremos en los que el trabajador puede experimentar ataques de ansiedad, dolor de cabeza o malestar general, aunque afectan a una minor\u00eda. En cuanto a la duraci\u00f3n, los casos m\u00e1s leves reflejan dificultades durante 2 o 3 d\u00edas. Sin embargo, es habitual que los s\u00edntomas se alarguen hasta las dos semanas. Los casos m\u00e1s extremos podr\u00edan durar meses.<\/p>\n

Prevenci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n

Aunque parezca curioso, este \u2018trance\u2019 se puede prevenir en la mayor\u00eda de los casos. Entre las propuestas para facilitar el periodo de adaptaci\u00f3n se encuentran: retomar el horario de sue\u00f1o habitual unos d\u00edas antes, no volviendo del lugar de vacaciones el d\u00eda anterior al comienzo del trabajo o dividiendo los d\u00edas de vacaciones para no acumular largos periodos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pero si ya se padece el s\u00edndrome se puede combatir levant\u00e1ndose algo m\u00e1s temprano de lo habitual, retomando el trabajo de forma gradual, realizando actividades saludables y adoptando una actitud positiva. Asimismo, este problema puede solventarse f\u00e1cilmente siempre y cuando el trabajador afectado tenga fuerza de voluntad.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s se puede recurrir a algunos trucos como el hacer deporte y llevar una buena alimentaci\u00f3n. No obstante, lo m\u00e1s importante es centrar toda la atenci\u00f3n en los aspectos positivos, como las relaciones con los compa\u00f1eros o todo aquello que pueda generar ilusi\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
