{"id":7751,"date":"2019-10-02T19:32:18","date_gmt":"2019-10-02T17:32:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=7751"},"modified":"2019-10-02T19:32:18","modified_gmt":"2019-10-02T17:32:18","slug":"young-people-are-highly-committed-to-their-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/young-people-are-highly-committed-to-their-work\/","title":{"rendered":"Los j\u00f3venes, los m\u00e1s comprometidos con su trabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3>Un estudio sobre talento intergeneracional revela las principales diferencias entre grupos de edad<\/h3>\n<p>La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.um.es\/web\/cctrabajo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facultad de Ciencias del Trabajo de la Universidad de Murcia<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/generacciona.org\/observatorio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Observatorio Generaci\u00f3n &amp; Talento<\/a> y la asociaci\u00f3n <a href=\"http:\/\/direccionhumana.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Direcci\u00f3n Humana<\/a><\/strong> han realizado un estudio basado en m\u00e1s de 4.000 entrevistas que analiza las fortalezas y debilidades de las generaciones conocidas como baby boomers, generaci\u00f3n X, generaci\u00f3n Y y generaci\u00f3n Z.<\/p>\n<p>El informe, que se ha llevado a cabo tomando como referencia cuatro elementos (empoderamiento o capacidad de toma de decisiones en la empresa, flexibilidad psicol\u00f3gica o adaptaci\u00f3n, comportamiento innovativo y compromiso social), revela que los<strong> j\u00f3venes son los m\u00e1s comprometidos con su trabajo a pesar de que no tienen un concepto de estabilidad.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, se ha observado que todas las generaciones afirman contar con un alto nivel de empoderamiento, aunque los j\u00f3venes creen que tienen menos capacidad de influir en la empresa. Los baby boomers, por su parte, son los que disponen de una mayor flexibilidad psicol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c1ngeles Alc\u00e1zar<\/strong>, vicepresidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n 50 Plus y socia directora del Observatorio Generaci\u00f3n &amp; Talento, se\u00f1al\u00f3 en la presentaci\u00f3n de los datos la importancia de conocer qu\u00e9 preocupa a cada grupo de edad para poder gestionar esta diversidad y aprovechar el talento y los conocimientos de cada uno. \u00abEn una empresa pueden coincidir hasta cinco generaciones\u00bb, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Los representantes de las entidades responsables del estudio tambi\u00e9n reflexionaron sobre el mercado laboral y los recursos humanos. En este sentido, se hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que la formaci\u00f3n no es tan determinante como antes, sino que <strong>son las competencias blandas o soft skills las que marcan la diferencia<\/strong>. En otra de las intervenciones se anim\u00f3 a la direcci\u00f3n a impulsar un liderazgo integrador en las organizaciones.<\/p>\n<h4>Principales conclusiones:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>-Baby boomers (nacidos entre 1949-1968):<\/strong> Son los conocedores del know how de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y quieren trasmitirlo a las nuevas generaciones. Gran visi\u00f3n de negocio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Generaci\u00f3n X (1969-1980)<\/strong>: Est\u00e1 mejor formada, son muy exigentes y aportan excelencia en el cumplimiento de objetivos, aunque temen a las nuevas generaciones<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Generaci\u00f3n Y (1981-1993):<\/strong> Es individualista y est\u00e1 marcada por la inmediatez.
