Incluso en algunos casos funciona como un trampol\u00edn para aquellos j\u00f3venes que buscan una primera oportunidad. Para los empleados con experiencia, el postgrado garantiza la empleabilidad y facilita la mejora de categor\u00eda profesional. Sin embargo, solo el 1,4% de las ofertas de empleo exige una titulaci\u00f3n como requisito.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan as\u00ed <strong>hay ofertas destinadas a titulados universitarios en las que el 35,2% de ellas requiere un postgrado para acceder al empleo<\/strong>. Y en muchos casos, una formaci\u00f3n superior influye mucho en el salario. Por ejemplo, un trabajador con un m\u00e1ster cobra 12.114 euros anuales m\u00e1s que un trabajador sin estudios. Y las que menos valoran son los Deportes (1,9%), Producci\u00f3n audiovisual (1,7%), Cosm\u00e9tica y belleza (1,4%), Equipo de transporte (1,4%).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay una tipolog\u00eda de postgrados que algunos sectores prefieren. Por ejemplo, el MBA (Master of Business Administration) agrupa m\u00e1s de la mitad de ofertas vinculadas al sector de la Informaci\u00f3n y Asesoramiento (56%), el Audiovisual (55,1%). Mientras que el \u00e1rea de Auditor\u00eda precisa que el candidato posea un M\u00e1ster en Administraci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los factores que ve como requisito una formaci\u00f3n superior es la categor\u00eda profesional a la que se aspira. Las vacantes con un alto perfil de responsabilidad como puestos directivos y mandos intermedios requiere de otros estudios en gesti\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n. Para los perfiles t\u00e9cnicos se solicitan programas especializados en funci\u00f3n de la tarea que van a desempe\u00f1ar.
