Google ha cambiado el concepto del espacio de trabajo. Oficinas sin paredes y con menos escritorios, un mobiliario divertido. Un lugar en el que se abre paso a unas mesas amplias para que los empleados puedan trabajar con su port\u00e1til y la oportunidad de relacionarse entre ellos. Incluso hay cafeter\u00edas, restaurantes, lavander\u00eda, piscinas, peluquer\u00eda, guarder\u00eda. De esta forma el empleado no se tiene que preocupar de nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre los elementos caracter\u00edsticos de las oficinas de Google se encuentra los puffs, toboganes, columpios, mesas de ping pong. Adem\u00e1s los trabajadores pueden llevar a sus mascotas. El 20% del tiempo de su jornada laboral se reserva para la creatividad. Por ese motivo se dise\u00f1an tambi\u00e9n \u00e1reas creativas en las que el trabajador pueda desarrollarla. De hecho, ese tiempo est\u00e1 pensado para que puede seguir con proyectos que no est\u00e9n relacionados con su trabajo en Google. Se trata de un modelo y filosof\u00eda de trabajo que muchas empresas est\u00e1n adoptando. Asimismo, los expertos en organizaci\u00f3n se\u00f1alan que la idea del centro de trabajo ir\u00e1 desapareciendo, con nuevas formas m\u00e1s flexibles, menos sujetas a lugares fijos y abiertas a la interacci\u00f3n. Teletrabajo\"\"<\/h4>\n

El t\u00e9rmino apareci\u00f3 hace cuarenta a\u00f1os con el nombre de trabajo a distancia. Esta nueva forma laboral rompe la barreras habituales del tiempo en la oficina y apuesta por un horario m\u00e1s flexible. El empleado no est\u00e1 f\u00edsicamente vinculado en el centro de trabajo en su totalidad de tiempo.<\/p>\n

Una de las ventajas del teletrabajo es la oportunidad de conciliar la vida laboral con la personal. De esta forma, el empleado se puede ocupar mejor de los aspectos dom\u00e9sticos, como llevar a sus hijos al colegio, reunirse con la familiar, organizar sus horarios, actividades deportivas que con un trabajo presencial puede ser complicado. Adem\u00e1s, el empleado reduce sus gastos de transporte.<\/p>\n

\u2018Smart working\u2019<\/h4>\n

El empleado no est\u00e1 condicionado a realizar su tarea en un espacio fijo, y a una hora determinada. El ‘Smart working’ brinda mucha mucha autonom\u00eda para escoger el lugar, desde improvisar una oficina en un aeropuerto, el hotel, o el parque. No importa el lugar, sino que se cumplan los objetivos en un tiempo determinado.<\/p>\n

Aunque no es sencillo que una empresa adopte este modelo, los beneficios tanto para la propia empresa como para los trabajadores ser\u00e1n mayores. As\u00ed, el empleado puede decidir d\u00f3nde quiere y en qu\u00e9 momento lo har\u00e1: ser\u00e1 due\u00f1o de su tiempo.
