Cada a\u00f1o, los empleados invierten tiempo en formaci\u00f3n para obtener t\u00edtulos y certificados adicionales enfocados a las tecnolog\u00edas. El a\u00f1o pasado, el informe <a href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/WEF_Future_of_Jobs_2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Future of Jobs Report 2018 elaborado por el World Economic Forum,<\/a> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en 2022 las denominadas \u2018profesiones emergentes\u2019 supondr\u00e1n el 27% del empleo mundial, m\u00e1s del doble de lo que representan hoy en d\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este mismo estudio pronostica que de aqu\u00ed a esa fecha aproximadamente 75 millones de empleos corren el riesgo de desaparecer, y surgir\u00e1n 133 millones de nuevos trabajos. Entonces c\u00f3mo prepararnos. Ante ello, las empresas deben crear programas de formaci\u00f3n interno y externo para que el empleado adquiera las competencias que necesita. Es decir, la empresa, a trav\u00e9s de un programa de entrenamiento, ubica al empleado en un nuevo puesto de trabajo, completamente diferente al que ha realizado durante varios a\u00f1os. Por ejemplo: los trabajadores de f\u00e1bricas que necesitan capacitaci\u00f3n para usar robots o sistemas de vigilancia digital.<\/p>\n<h4>&#8211; Upskilling:<\/h4>\n<p>Hace referencia a la capacitaci\u00f3n adicional que un trabajador necesita en otras materias para desempe\u00f1ar de forma m\u00e1s efectiva su trabajo. De esta manera, logra un perfil m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico y una mayor capacidad de resoluci\u00f3n ante los posibles cambios que experimente el entorno laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de estas habilidades t\u00e9cnicas, los empleados tambi\u00e9n deben enfocarse en el desarrollo de habilidades personales, conocidas como \u2018soft skills\u2019 o habilidades blandas.
