El a\u00f1o europeo de la juventud es el momento ideal para avanzar con confianza y esperanza en el camino de la post-pandemia, reconociendo la importancia del bienestar, desarrollo, implicaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la sociedad.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Uno de cada seis j\u00f3venes en Europa tiene entre 15 y 29 a\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>Uno de cada tres inform\u00f3 haber pasado dos o m\u00e1s semanas en el extranjero por trabajo, educaci\u00f3n o formaci\u00f3n en 2019<\/li>\n<li>El 75% tiene una visi\u00f3n positiva sobre la Uni\u00f3n Europea y la democracia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde hace m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os se han puesto en marcha programas e iniciativas europeas para la juventud, como el conocido programa de intercambio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/es\/headlines\/priorities\/erasmus\">Erasmus<\/a>, que comenz\u00f3 en 1987, o la reciente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/es\/headlines\/priorities\/conferencia-sobre-el-futuro-de-europa\">Conferencia sobre el Futuro de Europa<\/a> en la que un tercio de los participantes tiene menos de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9381 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Europe.jpg?resize=690%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"690\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Europe.jpg?w=690 690w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Europe.jpg?resize=300%2C157 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El objetivo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea para este 2022 es prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a la juventud, centrando los esfuerzos en integrar a los j\u00f3venes y a sus prioridades en todos los niveles del proceso de toma de decisiones, as\u00ed como organizar actividades a trav\u00e9s de toda la UE pensando en ellos.<\/strong> A petici\u00f3n expresa del Parlamento, se prestar\u00e1, adem\u00e1s, especial atenci\u00f3n a los j\u00f3venes con menos oportunidades, as\u00ed como al tratamiento de los problemas de salud mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este a\u00f1o 2022 adem\u00e1s se pondr\u00e1 en marcha el programa <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/main.jsp?catId=1549&amp;langId=es\">ALMA<\/a> por las siglas de Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve (Aspirar, Aprender, Dominar, Lograr), que favorecer\u00e1 la movilidad transfronteriza entre los j\u00f3venes con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entrando en el terreno laboral y de la salud, el <strong>Parlamento europeo<\/strong> <strong>conden\u00f3<\/strong> durante su sesi\u00f3n plenaria de febrero <strong>la no remuneraci\u00f3n de las pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong> y pide que la salud mental se convierta en una parte integral de la recuperaci\u00f3n socio-econ\u00f3mica de Europa tras la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los eurodiputados tambi\u00e9n reclamaron una mejor coordinaci\u00f3n europea de los programas destinados a la juventud, as\u00ed como <strong>una mayor integraci\u00f3n en el mercado laboral para evitar una \u201cgeneraci\u00f3n confinada\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9380\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/EuropaJuventud.jpg?resize=600%2C400\" alt=\"A\u00f1o Europeo de la Juventud\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/EuropaJuventud.jpg?resize=300%2C200 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/EuropaJuventud.jpg?resize=1024%2C683 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/EuropaJuventud.jpg?resize=768%2C512 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/EuropaJuventud.jpg?resize=1536%2C1024 1536w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/EuropaJuventud.jpg?w=1600 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esch-sur-Alzette, Kaunas y Novi Sad son las <strong>tres ciudades europeas que ostentan el t\u00edtulo de Capital Europea de la Cultura para este a\u00f1o 2022<\/strong>. Con el objetivo <strong>de promover los valores de la Uni\u00f3n Europea de diversidad, solidaridad, respeto, tolerancia y apertura<\/strong>, cada ciudad ofrecer\u00e1 un programa cultural de un a\u00f1o de duraci\u00f3n. Novi Sad es la primera capital cultural europea de Serbia. Bajo el lema \u00abPor nuevos puentes\u00bb su programa se centrar\u00e1 en ocho arcos tem\u00e1ticos que abordar\u00e1n cuestiones como la migraci\u00f3n, la paz, el multiculturalismo y el papel de la mujer en el arte y la cultura juvenil. Kaunas es la segunda ciudad de Lituania que ostenta el t\u00edtulo de Capital Europea de la Cultura, despu\u00e9s de Vilna en 2009. Su lema \u00abDe capital temporal a capital contempor\u00e1nea\u00bb ilustra la ambici\u00f3n de la ciudad. A lo largo del a\u00f1o se celebrar\u00e1n numerosos eventos, de los cuales m\u00e1s de 50 ser\u00e1n estrenos. Esch-sur-Alzette, por \u00faltimo, es la segunda ciudad de Luxemburgo y va a celebrar su historia de regi\u00f3n transfronteriza situada en el coraz\u00f3n de Europa, cuya evoluci\u00f3n proviene desde la era industrial basada en la siderurgia, hasta su actual sociedad del conocimiento y su potencial futuro en la era de la revoluci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tirana, la capital de Albania y su mayor ciudad, es la Capital Europea de la Juventud para 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lo largo del a\u00f1o, bajo el lema \u00abActivar la juventud\u00bb, Tirana trabajar\u00e1 por la participaci\u00f3n activa de los j\u00f3venes centr\u00e1ndose en sus necesidades y ayud\u00e1ndoles a forjar su futuro.
