On 11 May, in Sao Paulo, the company TuPrimeraPega received, together with the National Youth Institute (Injuv), a prize in the Latin American Excellence Awards organised by the magazine “Communication – Director”, in the “HR Communications” category in Latin America.

The cooperation of the social company with Injuv took place to launch an on-line job advisory initiative for young people. This initiative was launched in April 2016 and has helped more than 5,000 young people aged 16 to 29 increase their chances of finding a job; 63% of these young people are already working, according to the information obtained by the state agency.

The services provided to young Chileans include assistance in preparing top quality CVs and a personal videoconference with a TuPrimeraPega advisor, during which young people receive advice on career guidance, how to prepare and approach a job interview, and details of possible tests used by companies.

Coordinators of the Regional Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean

Javier Krawicki and Horacio Llovet are the founding partners of TuPrimeraPega and, for the last year, they have been representing the Novia Salcedo initiative for the Proclamation of a Youth Employment Decade in the New World. The award received reaffirms that the International Campaign is in good hands in Latin America with the entity.
