Spring Professional, a consultancy firm, has prepared a report on the job profiles that will be most sought after in 2019 titled XIV Informe Los + Buscados. It also lists the features and skills that companies require, focusing on multidisciplinary profiles that correspond to people who are highly versatile, with analytical capabilities and results-oriented, that have a strategic vision and who are proactive and adaptable to change. This skill set is increasingly required by businesses due to the changing environment in which they operate.
Fluency in foreign languages is becoming an essential requirement. Consequently, English appears as a mandatory requirement for the highest qualified candidates, and fluency in a third language is very highly valued.
The report also studied the most highly valued profiles. The average annual wages for these candidates amounts to 45,000 euros. Some may even earn a gross salary of up to 100,000 euros a year. The best-paid jobs are for people with degrees in engineering, IT, administration, and telecommunications if they have ample experience.
