As an Executive Committee member of the Global Compact Network – Spain, and as an organisation with expertise and relationships with businesses, the Novia Salcedo Foundation participated in two discussion panels at the business sector Workshop on the 2030 Agenda in Spain, organised by the said network and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MAEC) of the Spanish Government. More than 70 entities took part in this event.
The final goal was to set out and improve the experience of the business sector regarding the future action plan and an eventual national strategy to implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development that the Government of Spain is preparing and that will include the Voluntary National Review that will be submitted at the “HLPF – High Level Political Forum” in July at the United Nations.
