Novia Salcedo Foundation (NSF) is a non profit private foundation with more than 33 years of experience building bridges between young graduates and companies in order to help them to enter the labour market. A professional team of 30 member, 13 members of the Board of Governors and a wide network of alliances, which includes: Red Vasca de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación , Innobasque, Basque Social Innovation and Innovanet.
Our mission is to support young unemployed graduates in the process of professional and social integration in a changing world (first job). We invent and provide social awareness, developing lines of thought and processes of transformation towards new modes of exchange between individuals, companies organisations and public institutions.
